Celeste McGurl

Celeste Crystal McGurl was elected along with incumbents Jeff Moore, Norm Robinson, Joe Shrager, Jim Sweeney, and Holly Thompson in the annual May election.  Celeste has lived on Cedro Way with her husband, English professor Mark McGurl, son Ezra, and daughter Camilla for six years. She is the Director of Hyperscale Strategy at Samsung and an active Nixon School parent. As a board member she hopes to work on traffic safety and speed management and support efforts to protect and plant neighborhood trees. She would also love to help establish a tradition of neighborhood block parties for this fantastic community.
