SCRL, your neighborhood organization

When you bought your campus home, you became a member of the Stanford Campus Residential Leaseholders, Inc. (SCRL). Our 900+ home community is comprised of Stanford faculty and senior staff members whose homes are in the residential section of campus, on land leased from Stanford University.

Our purpose
As a public benefit community association, SCRL represents the interests of our membership and acts on your behalf on a variety of issues and concerns. (Bylaws and our agreement with Stanford University) SCRL works closely with Stanford University officials as well as representatives from local government agencies.

The SCRL board meets on the 3^rd Wednesday of each month. Meetings are typically located in the multi-purpose room at Stanford Campus Recreation Association (SCRA) (875 Bowdoin Lane) from 7:30-9:30pm. During the pandemic meetings are on Zoom. Community members are always invited to attend. Meeting minutes are posted here upon approval.

Board elections are held each year at the SCRL Annual Meeting in the spring.  Nominations and self-nominations are welcome beginning in January prior to the annual meeting.

Cynthea Kingsley is the SCRL Executive Director.
